Prague’s best-known interwar cafe, closed since the 1990s, has opened again in Vodičkova Street. After two years of restoration, it again offers its delights in a beautiful historic setting.
Autorem projektu je architekt Jan Špaček, který má za sebou například rekonstrukci kavárny Slavia na Národní třídě. Vybavení cukrárny je nové – například pulty a bary se vyrobily v Itálii, židle a stoly vznikly v Česku. Cukrárna má tři patra, přičemž v nejnižším najdete přípravnu zákusků.
Některé sladkosti vycházejí z původních receptur, některé zákusky jsou netradiční a vyrábějí se podle vlastní receptury. Cukrárna nabízí rovněž pralinky a čokoládové bonbony, opět z vlastní produkce. Milovníci zmrzliny si mohou vybrat z 20 smetanových druhů, jejichž receptura byla vyvinuta speciálně pro cukrárnu Myšák. Přitom zmrzlinové poháry s čokoládovými dekoracemi se tvoří přímo před zákazníky.
