Wellness describes a range of techniques used by a growing number of people to sustain one’s energy and one’s physical and spiritual health. In the rehabilitation centre of Lázně Bohdaneč, you may make use of an extensive range of massages, baths and pack and wrap techniques in the White Pavilion’s Relax Centre.
Experienced and highly qualified personnel offer services in the Relax Centre especially for clients who wish to indulge themselves in a pleasurable and restful holiday.
Another new service at the spa in 2008 is the dry carbon dioxide bath. The carbonate dioxide bath is a highly effective procedure for fortifying ones health and heightening ones joie de vivre and vitality. The essence of this bath is enclosing the body (except for the head) within a special plastic pouch filled with pure carbon dioxide, in which the person rests.
The Lázně Bohdaneč rehabilitation centre lies a few kilometres from Pardubice and is set in a beautiful spa park. Thanks to the flatness of the landscape, the surroundings are interlaced with hundreds of kilometres of cycle tracks. The spa is able to offer safe storage for bicycles, as well as the possibility of loaning bicycles, which can include children’s seats and helmets. In the surrounding area, there is also a nine-hole golf course that is situated 1 km from the spa. The spa can also help arrange trips on horseback.
